This collapsable prayer book holder, used traditionally either for The Bible or the Bhagvad Gita, is solid wood. The grooves are smooth, for adjustable functioning and it gives sturdy support even for heavier, hard bound books. The base is made of two slotted feet, of the same wood, upon which the book can rest in a balanced, comfortable position without slipping.
