A multi-layered, stepped wooden door frame casing that frames the leaves.Its recessed profile creates depth and shadow along the wall-to-door transition, inspired by classical architectural enclosures (prākāra).

Twin Dharma Panels (Iratti Dharma Palaka)

Paired solid teak door leaves configured with balanced vertical bevel inserts.Divided symmetrically to optimize structural stability, preventing wood warping while creating a clean geometric grid.

Padma Latch Handles (Padma Hastha Pīṭham)

 Dual solid brass pull handles featuring detailed finials at both ends. Inspired by the lotus bud (Padma), these tall vertical pulls offer an ergonomic grip while serving as a central focal point.

Bindu Eye Lock (Bindu Thurappu Nayanaṁ)

A polished circular brass lock rosette housing the keyway cylinder. Positioned symmetrically adjacent to the pulls, representing a central focal point (bindu) that integrates modern locking mechanisms with classical metallic accents.

Veda Bevel Insets (Veda Mozhi Petti)

Deeply chamfered inner wood panels set into each section of the door leaves.Designed with crisp, angled edges that catch light and cast geometric shadows, accentuating the natural grain of the teakwood.

A heavy-duty bottom cross-rail assembly.Serves as a protective base that handles high foot traffic and environmental wear, keeping the main panel elevated and protected.
