39 Rooms, One Continuous Link of Teak.

Guest room furniture built for a KTDC backwater property

This project covers the supply of guest room furniture for a KTDC resort property, with 39 units each of five furniture types across all guest rooms. Every piece is built in seasoned teak, stained to a uniform sleek shade matched to the approved wood tone, and finished with two coats of premium polish for consistency across the full order.

Four-Poster Bed

Built to 208 x 165 cm with a matched headboard and footboard, this bed anchors each room in seasoned teak. The four-poster form gives the room a sense of scale without ostentatious ornamentation. Stain and polish are held consistent with the rest of the furniture set, so no single piece stands out against another.

Centre Table & Arm Chair Set

A larger circular table in seasoned teak, built for the seating area of each room. The proportions are sized to sit comfortably with the armchair without crowding the space. Both are built for everyday guest use, with joinery suited to repeated handling across a resort setting.

Storage Trunk

A vintage-style storage trunk in seasoned teak with brass edge detailing, used for in-room storage. The brass trim is the one point of contrast against the otherwise uniform stain, referencing traditional Kerala trunk design.
